INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Egg - 3 sliced
Spring onions - 5-6(Sliced)
Onions big size -1
Peas -1/2 cup
Turmeric
Chilly powder -1tsp
Salt
Mustard /jeera/ - Seasoning
Oil - 2tsp
PREPARATION:
Heat pan - Pour oil
Add mustard /jeera + Spring onions, peas and onions + salt and cook for 5-10 min ..
Now add turmeric ,chilly powder fry for a min
Add sliced boiled eggs...
Add some coriander leaves...
