INGREDIENTS:
Onion medium size -1
Tomato -1/2 sliced and 1/2 for grind
GG paste -1 tsp
Green chilies -5
Panneer -6-8 cubes
Soya chunks -6-8 (soak for 15 min in water)
Mixed vegetables -1 cup
Coriander leaves
Cocounut -1cup
Cashews -8-10
Mustard -1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder -pinch
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt
PREPARATION:
GRIND - Coconut + 1/2 Tomato +cashews+ water
In cooker - Pour oil Add Mustard + garam masala + Onion + Green chillies + GG paste + tomato fry for a min.
Add Turmeric + chilly powder + Then add all vegetables + Paneer + Soya chunks + fry for 2 minutes. Then Add the grind items + salt
Close the cooker lid and let it whistle for 4 times ..
After 10 minutes Kuruma is ready ...
Serve with rice/Chapati/paratha

ReplyDeleteBTW, when you mentioned Garam Masala, can I use Garam Masala powder or the whole masala ? If so, what shud that include ?
Yeah u can use anything whether its whole or powdered garam masala ...
ReplyDeleteI tried it and this came damnn tasty!!! only thing is, instead of cooker, i used non-stick pan...it still came well and having with roti right now :)
