Cook Mutton separately in cooker 6- 8 whistle in medium flame or IP setting meat mode 45 min. Add salt,turmeric, pepper powder, gg paste, garam masala.
Saute Finely chopped onions, gg paste, green chilli in Hot Oil and Cook well
Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, Aachi mutton curry masala 1 tsp. Saute well. Add little water if needed
Add cooked meat in to the gravy. Cook till you get the consistency you prefer. Add coriander leaves finally.
