Vegetable biriyani In cooker

Ingredients:
Biriyani rice    2 cup
Onion              1 cup
Tomato            2 cup
Carrot              1
Beans               7-9
Cauliflower      1 cup
Mint                 Hand full
Coriander leaf  Hand full
GG Paste          1tsp

Whole Spices:
Cloves
Cinnamon
Cardamon
Mace flower
Nutmeg
Kalpaasi
Bay Leaves
Fennel
Pepper
Jeera

Spice Powders:
Red Chilly    1 tsp
Coriander     1/2 tsp
Turmeric       pinch
Salt
Oil /Ghee

Preparation:
In Cooker Pour Oil/ Ghee Add all Whole spices
Then Add GG paste and hand full of Mint and Coriander leaves fry few sec
Add Onion fry till bown
Add  Veggies u prefer Put some Salt, let it cook for 5 min
Now add tomatoes cook well till mashed
Add all Spice powders ( can add biriyani powder too if u like )
 Let it fry well
Pour Water For 2 cup biriyani rice Add 3 cup water
Add salt
When water starts to boil Add Rice and close the cooker lid
Just 1 whistle and in low flame 7 min
Open cooker when pressure release..
Your Biriyani Is ready now
