EGG KOTHU PAROTTA


Ingredients:

Parotta   5 (in to small pieces)
Onion    1 big
Tomato  1 big
GG paste
Egg        3(beaten seperately)

Grind:
Chilli
Coriander leaves
Mint

Spices:
Chilli Powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric Powder
Garam Powder
Salt

Seasoning 
Mustard
Curry leaves

Preparation:

Heat oil in pan Add seasoning
Next fry onion well
Add grind items Chilli,Coriander leaves, Mint
Add gg paste saute till raw smell goes
Add tomatoes cook well till mashed
Then Add all spices cook till oil separates
Now add parotta pieces mix with gravy
Pour beaten egg slowly mix well with parotta
and Stir till its dry

Notes:
If u have remaining chicken gravy at fridge add that  too while cooking.. tastes more yummy yummy
