Chicken kulambu for Idli

Ingredients:

Chicken    1/2 kg
Onion       1 medium sliced long & 1 Sliced small
Tomato     1 medium sliced long & 1 Sliced small
GG paste

Whole Spices:
Fennel (Sombu)
Cloves
Cinnamon
Cardamom 2

Powder spices:
Red chilly           1 spoon
Coriander            1 spoon
Garam masala     1/2 spoon
Jeera                    3/4  spoon
Turmeric
Salt

Grind 
First step:
Heat Oil Add whole spices
Add 1 medium sliced long onion then tomato
cook till its done and cool down
Grind Onion Tomato paste

Grind Coconut - keep separately

Preparation:

Pour oil in pan - Add onion , gg paste, tomato 1 by 1 when its done
Add Onion tomato paste
When oil separates add powder spices fry for 2-3 min
Now add chicken and stir well and let it cook for 15min
Add coconut paste and let it cook for 7 min
Switch off by adding coriander leaves.
