Mashed Veg Fried Rice Especially for kids

Ingredients:

Carrot        1
Beans        10
Peas           1 cup
Cabbage    1 cup
Potato        2 -3 

Grated Paneer       1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste
Pavbhaji masala - 2 table spoon
Black pepper -1 tsp
Turmeric pinch 
Oil 


Mashed veg-egg fried rice
SoySauce
Ketchup 

RICE Preparation:

In Cooker pour Ghee add cloves, cinnamon, biriyani leaves 
 fry 2 cups basmati rice. 
Add 3 cup water and mix 1tsp salt.  wait for 2 whistle 
Then After 10min  make a stir and let the rice cool ..

Preparation:

Step 1:  Pressure Cook All Vegetables and mash it up.. 
             Make sure its not watery                                     {time saving}

OR

Step 1: Pour oil  Add jeera , vegetables , salt                   {to kill time}
            Let it cook well 
            Add pav bhaji masala and pepper 
            then add mashed potato and grated paneer 

Step 2:  Pour little more oil then let it fry and dry consistency
            
Step 3:  Add Cooked rice with the masala and add soy sauce and ketchup and stir well 
             Close the lid and in slow flame for 5 -7min



For Non Vegetarians u can add scrambled egg at last step.

Kids who won't eat vegetables can try this.
