Chicken Fry


Ingredients:

Chicken -10 Leg piece


Veggies:
Onion                         1 small
Tomato                      1 small
Green chilly               10
Mint/Pudhina             10 leaves
Coriander                   1 cup
Ginger Garlic
Paste                           2 tsp

Powder:
Jeera                           1 tsp
Pepper                        1 tsp
Garam Masala            1 tsp
Red Chilli powder      1 tsp
Chicken Masala          1 tsp
Salt                              1 1/2 tsp
Lemon                         1
Curd                             3tsp
Turmeric Pinch


Grind:   Grind all the veggies and powders  with little oil

Preparation:

Marinate Chicken pieces in the grinded paste for a night  in a fridge

The next day take the chicken and microwave it for 10-15 min (So that the thigh pieces get cooked inside)

Then take a pan, Pour little oil and fry all the chicken pieces and it taste yummy :)
