Veg- Egg Bhurji

Ingredients:

Onion   -1
Tomato -1
Carrot   -1 Grated
Beans   -6
Egg       -2

Turmeric
Chilly powder -1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- pinch
Salt
Jeera
Mustard
Oil

Coriander leaves

Preparation:

Pour oil Add mustard , jeera
Add finely chopped onion fry well
Add tomato, grated carrot and  finely chopped beans
Add some salt and turmeric and cook well ..
Add chilly / pepper powders.

Now add Egg and stir well till cooked .
Atlast add chopped coriander leaves .
