Theeyal Kulambu (kerala style)

INGREDIENTS:

Small onions   - 10
Tomato           - 1
Drumstick
Brinjal
Ladys finger
Pudalankai /snake gourd

Tamarind - lemon sized
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

ROAST  AND GRIND :
Coconut  ,  chilly powder . coriander powder

PREPARATION:

Cook all the vegetables with onion and salt in water ..
When it is quarter cooked pour tamarind paste.
Add grinded coconut paste.
Let it boil for sometime
Atlast season with oil,  mustard and curry leaves.
