Plantain /vazhaikai Kaara poriyal

INGREDIENT

Plantain               - 2
Turmeric             -  1/4 pinch
Chilly powder     -1 tsp
Salt                      -1/2 tsp
Oil                       - 4-5 tsp


PREPARATION:

Cut plantain in to small pieces ..

Mix well with turmeric , chilly and salt .

Heat pan - Pour oil - Add jeera /mustard...
Then Add the plantain mix and stir fry for 1 min..
close the lid for 20 min .. in between stir it.
Switch of the stove and serve it


NOTE:

 As soon as you peel of put the plantain in to water otherwise it will become dark in color
Also cut in to pieces and mix the masalas immediately..
