Moong dal payasam

INGREDIENTS:

Moong dal/ paasi paruppu  -  1 cup
Jaggery    - 3/4 cup
Coconut milk  first extracted- 1/2 cup
Second extracted   with remaining coconut  - 1/2 cup

Ghee - cardamom- cashews for seasoning


PREPARATION:

Cook dal and keep aside .
In little water boil jaggery for 10 -15 minutes  and then pour the cooked dal and stir nicely
Add second extracted coconut milk
Make to boil for 15 min in a low flame ..
Switch off the stove and add coconut milk first extracted and stir it
Then seasoning with ghee  , cardamom, cashews ..
