Vegetable stew for appam /idiyappam

INGREDIENTS:

Small onions   3
Carrot              1
Beans              8
Potato              1
Green Chilly    5
Ginger              2inch size crushed
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Cinnamon /cloves/Elachi ( pattai /grambu /elakai )

Coconut milk   (thick)  1 cup

PREPARATION:

Cut veggeis to small cubes

In a pressure cooker Add vegetables , crushed ginger, salt and turmeric and little water and
leave for 1-2 whistle.

Take the whistle smash the veggies lightly to get thick [ or can add cashew paste for thickness ]

Now take a pan pour oil/ghee , add Cinnamon /cloves/Elachi /mustard/ currry leaves / onions fry  then pour the veggie soup and make to boil for 4-5 min then simmer the stove and pour the coconut milk .. let it be in low flame for 2-3 min .. switch of the flame .. add coriander leaves ..
