INGREDIENTS:
Paneer 10
Peas 1/2 cup ( cook separately with salt)
Onions 1
Tomato 1
green chilly 3
Coconut /cashew thick paste 1/2 cup
Turmeric
chilly powder
coriander powder
garam masala
mustard
coriander leaves
PREPARATION:
Pour oil add Mustard curry leaves fry onions till brown .. then add tomatoes let it cook finely then add Turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt fry well add little water if need till raw smell goes. and when oil starts to deposit then add paneer and peas then add coconut and cashew paste and mix well .. close the lid for 5 -10 min . switch off the flame and ass coriander leaves ... it tastes good with chapati...
