Variety rice

INGREDIENTS:
Basmati rice           -2 cup
Onion  (big)           -1
Spring onions         -1 bunch
Coriander leaves    -1 cup
Jeera                       - 1/2 tsp
Ghee /oil                 -2-3 tsp
Cashews/almonds/raisins -few
Green chilly           -5-6
Salt

PREPARATION:
Cook Basmati Rice with salt and keep aside
In pan , pour oil/ghee  fry nuts and raisins jeera..
Add onions + green chilly. fry for 3-4 min with little salt ..
Add coriander leaves
Then add cooked rice and mix it and close the lid for 2-3 min ..
Now its ready to serve with gravy

Hints:
->Make sure the basmati rice ratio is 1cup rice : 1 1/2 cup water
->If u keep basmati rice in cooker -  pour few drops of oil and salt  for only 1 whistle and 5 minutes in very low flame so that the rice will be separate..
