Simple Mour Kuzhambu

Hey friends I am starting my recipes blog with my hubbys favourite Mour (curd) kulambhu and Aloo fry  


INGREDIENTS:

Curd             - 1 cup
Cocunut       -1/2 cup
Red chillies  - 4-6
Jeera             - 1 tsp
Salt               - 1 tsp
Turmeric       - 1/4 tsp

Oil , Mustard , Curry leaves, Coriander Leaves for seasoning

PREPARATION:

Grind - cocunut + jeera + salt + turmeric+ redchillies  +little water and make a paste

Add Curd with a mixture and grind .

Heat Pan  Pour Oil + add seasoning items + grinded items +water if needed . wait for few minutes.

When it starts to boil on the sides of the pan switch of the stove. close the lid. Now its ready to serve.

MORE FLAVORS TO MOUR KULAMBHU:



If u want  u can  add vegetables  like
-> Ladys finger /Brinjal (shallow fry after seasoning with chilli powder and salt)
->Plantain / Cucumber /Drumstick  (after seasoning pour water with these veges and allow to cook       with salt)
-> Can add garlic  while grind
-> Turmeric gives the color for the dish so u can add turmeric of your preference..
-> Can add onions while seasoning that too small onions add more flavor for the dish
