Sandwich

Yesterday I tried sandwich for the first time with a veg stuff.. it was yummy my hubby liked it very much..
I have added egg too but vegetarians can skip the egg..
Serves for 2

INGREDIENTS:

Bread/Bun    
Soya chunks    -10
Potato(small)    -1
Carrot               -1
Beans               -4
Egg                  -1
Cornflour         -1 tsp
Besan flour
(Kadalai mavu)-2tsp
Pepper powder-1tsp
Ketch up /cheese/sour cream ..
Salt to taste.
Oil


PREPARATION:

Boil the vegetables for 5-10 minutes by adding salt. - drain and cool it and grind the stuff halfly..
Take a bowl  Add corn flour, besan flour, salt, pepper, egg and make a paste.
Then Mix the grinded items with the paste.  And make a rounded stuff.
Heat oil (3-4tsp) in a pan  Shallow fry the stuff .
Then toast the bread or bun And add ur fried stuff + sourcream+ cheese+ ketch up + onions+ tomato .
Keep the sandwich in a Microwave for 40 sec.. then serve it ...its really yummy..

Flavors and hints

-> Can try with different veggies- cabbage+cauliflower
     Also we can try with chicken for soya chunk
