INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 2
Paneer -1 pkt
Tomato -2
Cashews -10-12
Or Almonds
Turmeric powder pinch
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Garam masala
Ginger Garlic (GG)paste 2tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Heat Oil in a pan . Add Garam Masala + Onions chopped + GG paste + salt(little) + turmeric fry till onions cooked ; Add Tomatoes and Nuts close the lid and let it cook for 5 - 10 min.
keep it cool and then grind the above to make a paste.
Heat pan - pour oil - Add the paste And Add all the powders + salt + garam masala let it fry for 3-5 min.. then add Paneer add water close the lid till the chicken cooked..
At last add coriander leaves and serve it with rice/biriyani/chapati/dosa..
Hints:
-> Nuts adds the rich flavor and also it thickens the gravy..
