Gobi Manchurian

INGREDIENTS:
Gobi/cauliflower   -2 cup

Ginger garlic         -1tsp
Besan flour            -2tsp
Corn flour               -2tsp
Salt
Jeera
Mustard
Chilly powder         -1tsp
Pepper powder        -2tsp
Onions  or Spring onions  -2
Garlic sliced            - 3
Green chily             -3
Tomato sauce         - 3-4 tsp
Soya sauce             -1 tsp
Oil to fry

PREPARATION:
Step 1 -  In hot water  put all gobi for 5 min and drain
Step 2 - Mix Gobi with GG paste + besan +corn flour + salt + 1/2 tsp chilly , pepper powder  Add little water and mix it  and keep for 10 minutes
Step 3 - Fry all the gobi and keep it aside

In a pan pour oil  Add mustard + jeera + sliced garlic + Onions or  Spring onions + Green chilly +  Add chilly, pepper powder + tomato , soya sauce + salt + Add all the fried  Gobi

At last add coriander leaves to garnish .

Non vegetarians can add Boiled egg too ..
