INGREDIENTS:
Onion -1
Tomato -1
Coconut -1/2 cup
Cashews -10
Green chilly -3
Chilly powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Channa dal (sundal) - 100 gm
Dry Green peas -100gm
Green Grams -100 gm
PREPARATION:
STEP 1:
Soak sundal/channa dal +Dry green peas + green grams 10 hours
STEP 2:
GRIND Soaked sprouts with salt and chilly powder.. and make small balls
GRIND Coconut + Tomato + Cashews and make a paste
STEP 3:
Deep fry the sprouts balls and keep aside
Heat pan Pour oil + Add Mustard + jeera + Garam masala
Add onions and fry well .. Add Chilly , Coriander powder , salt and fry
Add the grind paste .. pour some water and let it boil for 10-15 min .
At last Add the fried balls in to the kulambu and close it ..
now its ready to serve..
Garnish with coriander leaves
HINTS:
->Can add any types of sprouts /dal for the preparation..
->Good for health too ..
->Can fry the balls and serve for kids .
-> Can add GG paste if need..
