Egg fried rice

INGREDIENTS:
Basmati rice     -2 cup
Carrot              -2
Beans              -8
Egg                 -4
Cashews
Ghee/oil
Pepper             -2 tsp

Salt

PREPARATION:

Step 1 - Scramble the Egg and keep aside.
Step 2 - Cook carrot and beans
Step 3 - Cook Basmati rice

Soak rice for 15 minutes
Take a big bottom pan  with 3/4 part  full of water +  oil +Salt (1-2 tsp  when u taste the water it should                        be salty)  and Make to boil
When it starts to boil Add Soaked rice and Make to boil for 10 min
Now drain it and cool it in a flat surface..

In  a pan Pour oil /ghee  add Nuts   Add cooked carrot , beans and scrambled egg
Add little salt + pepper  Then add cooked basmati rice and mix well
Close the pan and  heat in a low flame for 5 minutes ..
