INGREDIENTS:
Onion -1
Tomato -1
Paneer -10 piece
Corn - 1 cup
Green chilly -2
GG paste -1tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Chilly powder -3/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil 2tsp
Salt
Mustard
Coriander leaves
GRIND : Onion + tomato+ green chilly
PREPARATION:
Heat Pan , Pour oil, Add mustard + garam masala + Grind items + GG paste fry till raw smell goes.
Then add all the turmeric, chilly , coriander powders and salt .. fry well
Now add Paneer and corn Add little water and let it cook for 15 minutes ..
Now its ready to serve with chapathi ..
Garnish with coriander leaves.
