Chicken Gravy type 1

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken     - 350kg
Onion         - 2
Tomato       -2
Cashews     -10-12
Or Almonds

Turmeric powder       pinch
Chilli powder          - 1tsp
Coriander powder   - 1tsp
Garam masala
Ginger Garlic (GG)paste 2tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt  to taste

PREPARATION:

Heat Oil in a pan . Add Garam Masala + Onions chopped + GG paste + salt(little) + turmeric fry till onions cooked  ; Add Tomatoes and Nuts close the lid and let it cook for 5 - 10 min.
keep it cool and then grind the above to make a paste.

Heat pan - pouroil - Add the paste And Add all the powders + salt + chicken masala or garam masala let us fry for 3-5 min.. then add chicken  add water  close the lid  till the chicken cooked..

At last add coriander leaves  and serve it with rice/biriyani/chapati/dosa..

Hints:

-> Nuts adds the rich flavor and also it thickens the gravy..
->Can marinate chicken with curd/lemon  if u have time  :P
