Chicken Biriyani in Cooker

INGREDIENTS:
Basmati rice   -2 cup
Chicken      
Onion             -2
Tomato           -2
Coriander leaves      -1cup
Mint/pudhina leaves -1 cup
Ginger garlic paste    -2tsp
Green chilly              -4
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder           -1tsp
Coriander Powder     -1/2tsp
Biriyani  masala         -1 tsp
Whole cinnamon/cloves/bay leaves
Salt

Marinate 30min Basmati rice  with curd/lemon juice
2 cups of rice : 3cups of water

PREPARATION:
In  a pressure cooker  pour oil + Add whole spices + Add Onion, GG paste, green chilly, fry 3 min
Add coriander and mint leaves and tomatoes  fry for 5-10 min till oil separates.
Now Add all the powders and then add chicken let it cook for 10 min..
Now Pour 3cups of water + Add salt
When water starts to boil Add basmati rice.. Mix well then close the pressure cooker
wait for 1 whistle..and keep simmer for 5 min... then off the stove..
