Channa Masala

INGREDIENTS:
Onion (big)               -1
Tomato                    -1
Channa  (soaked and cooked)
Turmeric powder
Chilli Powder          -1tsp
Coriander Powder   -1tsp
Salt
Garam masala         -1/2 tsp
Coconut                  -1/2 cup

PREPARATION:
GRIND : Coconut  + Tomato
In cooker,  Pour Oil  - Add mustard + Garam masala + Fry onions
Add Chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder , Channa, salt
Add Grinded items
Close the cooker and Whistle 2 times..
At last add coriander leaves

Hints:
-> Soak channa for at least 6 hours and whistle in cooker with water and salt for 3-5 times
-> Can add cashews to grind
